Job Summary: This professional will develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule, control production orders, track progress, and propose adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in process optimization and cost reduction projects Job Description: * Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS), considering sales forecasts, inventory levels, and installed capacity. * Control production orders, prioritizing them based on demand and material availability. * Monitor production progress and propose plan adjustments in response to deviations or unforeseen events. * Integrate information across Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure plan accuracy. * Analyze performance indicators (On-Time Delivery, lead time, productive efficiency, inventory turnover, etc.) and propose continuous improvements. * Participate in process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement projects. * Support raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels. * Serve as a technical reference for analysts and assistants in the area, sharing knowledge and best practices.
