The role involves end-to-end involvement in corporate systems, with emphasis on analysis, development, integration, and support—ensuring operational efficiency within a highly critical industrial environment. The professional will serve as a key liaison between IT and business areas (Finance, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Engineering), contributing to continuous process improvement and system stability. Main Responsibilities * Gather and analyze requirements from internal departments * Develop, customize, and integrate solutions within Oracle EBS environment * Provide system support and drive continuous improvement * Maintain technical and functional documentation (code and business rules) * Provide user support and resolve incidents * Participate in system implementation and enhancement projects * Propose improvements aimed at process optimization * Ensure compliance with corporate best practices and standards Work Context * Direct interface with multiple business areas * Industrial environment demanding high system stability * Participation in strategic projects and rollouts * Exposure to operational excellence practices (Lean/Kaizen) * Collaborative, process-oriented, and results-driven environment Requirements * Experience with Oracle EBS On-Premise (version 12.2.8 or higher) * Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules: PO, RI, INV, WIP, and PAC * Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL * Experience with XML Publisher * Experience in requirements gathering and user support * Analytical, organized mindset with strong ownership mentality * Prior experience in the automotive sector Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports * Experience with Synchro tax solution * Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry * Experience in highly critical environments Behavioral Competencies * Proactivity and autonomy * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams * Collaborative, process-oriented profile * Organized and detail-oriented * Focus on continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$10.001,00 – R$10.002,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Private pension plan * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
