An agro-industrial company in expansion phase seeks an experienced professional to coordinate the Controller's Office, ensuring reliability of financial and managerial information and delivering strategic support for senior management decision-making.
**About the Position**
The Controller Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgetary control, cost analysis, and preparation of managerial reports. This role serves as a strategic link between operational departments and executive leadership, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness of information used in business management.
Main Responsibilities
**Planning and Control**
* Coordinate the preparation, monitoring, and revision of the corporate budget.
* Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments.
* Conduct budget variance analyses and propose corrective actions.
* Support senior leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
**Cost Management**
* Manage cost calculation and analysis processes.
* Conduct profitability analyses by product, unit, or cost center.
* Propose process improvements aimed at cost optimization and efficiency gains.
* Prepare economic\-financial feasibility studies.
**Managerial Reporting and Analysis**
* Prepare managerial reports and financial analyses to support management.
* Prepare financial projections, scenarios, and analyses for executive leadership.
* Consolidate information from different company departments.
* Develop dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools.
**Processes, Controls, and Compliance**
* Implement, review, and enhance internal controls.
* Ensure integrity, reliability, and consistency of accounting and financial information.
* Coordinate accounting closing processes and reconciliations.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
**Tax and Fiscal Management**
* Monitor ancillary obligations and ensure fiscal compliance.
* Support tax planning initiatives.
* Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the business.
**Leadership and Team Management**
* Coordinate, develop, and supervise the Controller's Office team.
* Define priorities, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Promote technical development and team training.
Requirements
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management (preferred).
* Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC) (preferred).
**Experience**
* Proven experience in controllership.
* Experience in industrial or agro-industrial sectors is considered a plus.
* Experience leading teams.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Proficiency in cost analysis and pricing strategies.
* Knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial planning.
* Familiarity with accounting and tax regulations.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or similar is a plus.

**We Offer**
