What matters most to us is your attitude and energy! \* YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support large-scale pizza production while maintaining the restaurant’s signature thin and crispy dough standard. Preparation and Mise en Place: Organize ingredients, perform weighing, dough preparation, and balling. Event Agility: Technical topping assembly for buffet-style service and support for external events and delivery. Excellence Standard: Ensure thorough cleanliness, strict workstation organization, and proper utensil maintenance. WHAT WE SEEK: Preferred: Experience in pizzerias, buffets, or high-volume kitchens. Knowledge: Basic understanding of food handling best practices. Profile: Resilience during peak hours and ease working in a team. Preference for candidates residing in or having easy access to the Santa Lúcia / São Bento area (BH). SCHEDULE AND ROTATION: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (with 1-hour break). Rotation schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (fixed days off every Monday and one Sunday per month). Starting Salary: R$ 1\.800,00\.
