




The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for carrying out operational and administrative activities related to the company's e-commerce operations, from order registration and verification to post-sales follow-up. This professional will also be responsible for issuing invoices, managing returns and exchanges, as well as providing customer support, ensuring that online sales processes are carried out efficiently and within established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** **Order Registration and Verification:** Register orders in the e-commerce system, ensuring all data is accurate. Verify received orders, ensuring information matches customer requests. **Invoice Issuance:** Issue invoices for e-commerce orders, ensuring compliance with current legislation. **Lining Replacement:** Assist in the process of replacing product linings, as requested by customers or specified in orders. **Tracking Shipped Orders:** Monitor orders after dispatch, tracking delivery status and ensuring deadlines are met. **Returns Management:** Process and manage product returns, ensuring all returned items comply with company policies. **Post-Sales and Customer Support:** Provide post-sales customer support, including facilitating exchanges and resolving questions and issues related to purchased products.
