We are seeking a **Senior Engineering Analyst** You will play a leading role in managing multidisciplinary industrial projects, focusing on construction execution, project drawing interpretation, interface with procurement, field service supervision, and ensuring deliveries meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. You will support decision-making by defining scopes and ensuring compliance with standards and requirements for the slaughterhouse facility. **Work location:** Headquarters – São Sebastião do Oeste/MG **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and provide technical guidance for industrial construction and installations (civil, mechanical, and electrical). * Read, review, and validate engineering drawings (AutoCAD, layouts, specifications). * Develop comprehensive technical scopes for service contracting and material procurement. * Prepare and update execution schedules, ensuring physical and financial adherence. * Supervise suppliers on-site, measure progress, validate checklists, and ensure technical compliance. * Support audits and adjustments related to Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), including NR10, NR12, NR35, and others. * Manage costs, prepare measurements, record data, and produce technical reports. * Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure delivery quality. * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Occupational Safety, Maintenance, Production, and other plant departments. * Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts and engineering assistants. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). * Proven experience in industrial construction, equipment installation, and structural modifications. * Solid knowledge of AutoCAD (reading and reviewing). * Experience developing technical scopes and budgets. * Ability to work on-site and make sound technical decisions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel). * Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project or similar).
