Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and managing fleet maintenance, mobilization, demobilization, and preparing managerial reports focused on performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective fleet maintenance 2. Analysis and mapping of departmental processes using management tools 3. Certification of mechanical service providers Responsibilities: * Control and management of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Responsible for fleet mobilization and demobilization, documentation, accessories, and equipment; * Preparation of managerial reports focusing on performance indicators, fuel consumption, tires, and fleet washing; * Analysis and mapping of departmental processes, applying a set of management tools; * Analysis of maintenance budgets; * Certification of mechanical workshop service providers in strategic regions; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields * ERP system knowledge * Intermediate Office suite proficiency * Specific functional knowledge * Willingness to work in Itatiaiuçu/MG * Willingness to travel Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
