Provide in-person or telephone customer service, ensuring problem resolution and clarifying various questions regarding products, pricing, deadlines, and other matters; Conduct collections, recover receivables, and operate the WhatsApp bot for message dispatch; Support customers by acting as a facilitator in the Company–Consumer relationship, and also support the sales team by providing relevant information; Analyze, propose solutions, and implement actions enabling continuity of processes such as rights assignment, contract termination, debt renegotiation, collections, land reactivation, and request opinions from management or other related departments, aiming for accuracy and quality in all actions; Enter various information into the system, generate payment installments (carnês), arrange printing, and sort them for subsequent delivery to customers; Reactivate canceled land plots; Monitor newspaper notice publications; Verify procedures and documents related to contract termination, negotiations, and customer transfers; Generate land clearance certificates for customers; Track pending matters and request pertinent documentation or information from other involved departments to meet established deadlines; Ensure proper use of equipment and assets assigned for work purposes; Safeguard the interests of Buriti – Grupo Brasil Terrenos and represent it appropriately when formally designated to do so at external institutions or events; Provide remote or on-site support to other group units when requested; Comply with Internal Regulations, as well as the Rules and Standards governing Buriti – Grupo Brasil Terrenos’ operations; Carry out other duties correlated with this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma required. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
