Propose improvements for standardization and operational efficiency. **Job Mission:** Ensure the analysis, validation, and maintenance of organizational registrations, guaranteeing information quality, integrity, and compliance in alignment with internal policies, legal requirements, and business unit needs, thereby contributing to process efficiency and corporate data reliability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Validate and keep customer, supplier, partner, and other corporate registration records up to date, ensuring information integrity, consistency, and compliance; * Review registration documentation, verifying legal, tax, and internal requirements prior to registration release or modification; * Perform registration creation, updating, blocking, and unblocking in corporate systems according to established policies and procedures; * Identify and resolve registration inconsistencies, duplications, and discrepancies, ensuring data quality; * Collaborate closely with Tax, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Compliance departments to ensure information alignment; * Monitor and meet deadlines and SLAs related to registration requests; * Maintain controls and records of registration changes, ensuring traceability and historical tracking of information; * Support internal and external audits by providing registration-related information and documents upon request; Propose improvements to registration processes, contributing to standardization, automation, and operational efficiency. * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting.
