Description

Job Summary: Professional to perform installations and repairs in the field, with knowledge of networks, computer maintenance, and experience in telecommunications. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the city's geography; * Driver's license category B and defensive driving training. Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Availability for travel; * Technologies and transmission media for access: twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Configuration of routers and signal repeaters; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embody the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use personal and collective protective equipment when required; * Operate company vehicle when necessary; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction; * Maintain the vehicle in compliance with processes defined by the Fleet Management department, ensuring its proper functioning; * Implement workplace safety procedures, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPEs, in accordance with current legislation; * Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, according to company-defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Safeguard and be responsible for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of resources provided by the company, and inspect the environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924670
