Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling analysis records, storing samples, assisting in hygiene inspections, managing GMP records, and supporting operators in production. Microbiological analyses and training management Requirements: Completed high school education and ongoing or completed technical course required for work in this field. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet. Responsibilities: Control records of analysis results. Store samples of finished products from produced batches. Assist in inspecting hygiene, cleaning, and organization conditions in production areas and external areas. Manage GMP records for areas as support (sanitization, PPRO control, organization). Assist Production Operators in verifying coding, sealing, and labeling of primary and secondary packaging. Comply with the sector’s Prerequisite Program, Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S Program, and Occupational Safety Regulations. Assist production staff in complying with Good Manufacturing Practices, Prerequisite Program, and 5S Program. Perform microbiological analyses by collecting samples to evaluate and adjust hand sanitization procedures for staff and machine contact surfaces. Document training records in the company’s software.
