Employee guidance and follow-up on HR processes LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Junior Human Resources Analyst in our company. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; **Proficiency in the Senior system;** Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; **Responsibilities:** Generate timekeeping and banked hours reports; Submit reports to leadership for analysis and review; Verify and adjust employee time records; Process medical certificates and declarations in payroll; Monitor and advise leadership on timekeeping discrepancies; Prepare documents required for social security leave requests and guide employees accordingly; Create and modify shift schedules and working hours in the payroll system; Verify and process banked hours payments in payroll; Implement shift changes in the payroll system; Monitor and respond to GLPI tickets and emails; Verify, register, and process invoice payments.
