Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there are no limits to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—through a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine at BP as a Quality Monitor?** * Closely and continuously monitor operations; * Listen to and analyze negotiators’ calls; * Record feedback and assessments focused on improvement opportunities; * Conduct individual feedback sessions and guide negotiators; * Identify patterns and development opportunities within the portfolio; * Maintain internal controls, spreadsheets, and systems; * Track quality performance improvements in customer interactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to join us?** * Completed high school education; * **Prior experience** as a Quality Monitor, auditor, or operational observer in a call center; * Maturity and responsibility to work autonomously, understanding your role and the importance of close operational collaboration; * Strong communication skills for ongoing exchanges and delivering feedback; * Ability to work in an organized manner, paying attention to detail and documentation; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., spreadsheet and control sheet completion); * Availability to work full-time (8:12 AM to 6:00 PM); * Interest in quality assurance and people development; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in collections or credit recovery operations; * Aptitude for delivering feedback and developing people; * Analytical mindset with keen attention to improvement opportunities; * Familiarity with quality goals and performance indicators. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Fixed salary: R$ 2015.78; * Meal allowance: R$31 per working day; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * "Day off"; * "Just dress no code"; * Career development plan; **After the probationary period, you’ll also receive:** * Dental care assistance; * Multi-benefit card.
