Job Summary:
Professional responsible for handling ERP system incidents, maintaining documentation, tracking incidents, and performing minor report corrections.
Key Highlights:
1. ERP system support and assistance with analytical capabilities.

3. Basic programming and logic skills, preferably in Java and SQL.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle ERP system incidents; Generate and maintain up-to-date documentation; Create and track incidents; Perform minor report corrections, and other routine tasks within the area.
**Requirements**:
* Relevant work experience;
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably ERP Sênior;
* Basic programming knowledge, preferably Java;
* Basic knowledge of programming logic;
* Basic knowledge of Oracle; ability to write structured queries in SQL.
* Availability for 100% on-site work.
