At Energisa, apprentices complete theoretical training at SENAI and practical training at the company. This position is affirmative for Persons with Disabilities (PwD). We are seeking motivated young people with determination, drive, and a strong desire to learn. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing documents, files, and internal records. * Support updating spreadsheets, controls, and information in systems. * Provide administrative support, including internal assistance, referrals, and material organization. * Assist in preparing and verifying routine area reports. * Contribute to maintaining an organized and standardized workplace. * Participate in training and formative activities outlined in the apprenticeship program. * Support the team in daily activities, always under guidance and supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Full-time availability, Monday through Friday; * Willingness to learn and develop professionally; * Interest in participating in the apprenticeship program’s training sessions; * Organizational skills and attention to daily tasks; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity and initiative to support area routines; * Basic computer skills (typing, email, simple spreadsheets). **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest **ENERGY**.
