




Responsible for manufacturing bakery products, separating and mixing ingredients to prepare doughs, fillings, and bakery toppings; handling utensils and production machinery; shaping, cutting, and baking products, while complying with safety, quality, and hygiene standards for food production. Separate raw materials for bakery product manufacturing. Follow recipes for bakery product manufacturing according to instructions from the Senior Pastry Chef/Chef. Feed raw materials into machines, operate them, and monitor the production process, adhering to the company’s standard recipes. Shape doughs or place them into appropriate molds for manufacturing various bakery products, such as sponge cake, general doughs, etc. Bake doughs from bakery product manufacturing in suitable ovens, using PPE and respecting the baking time for each product. Keep the workplace organized, perform daily hygiene maintenance per the Good Manufacturing Practices manual, and wash baking trays, machinery, and utensils used in product manufacturing. Ensure safety, preservation, and cleanliness of equipment such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen utensils. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for food production, in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual.
