**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Internship
**Employment Type:** Internship* Attend to and advise members on the cooperative's products and services;
* Record and track member requests and demands;
* Assist in organizing documents and information related to service delivery;
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the cooperative;
* Collaborate with the team in preparing reports and feedback regarding delivered services;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of member service processes;
* Assist in promoting the cooperative's campaigns and promotions;
* Act in compliance with the cooperative's rules and policies.
**Requirements:**
Currently enrolled in the 2nd to 4th semester/term of Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Proactivity and willingness to learn;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Availability to intern for 6 hours per day.
Preferred Qualifications:
ANBIMA certification;
Experience in customer service;
Knowledge of financial products and services.
