OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in the country, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, individuals using psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. This entity offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers that provide assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Verify data by checking contracts, invoices, validating receipts and other documents related to payment operations; identify incorrect information, request corrections from issuing departments, perform accounting entries, complete checks, issue payment slips (borderôs), calculate amounts, credit and/or debit third-party services, and issue payment orders. 2\. Control organizational liabilities by reviewing received documentation, checking service invoices, verifying amounts and due dates, performing calculations, identifying discrepancies, receiving procedural instructions, regularizing documents, and entering data into a dedicated system for payment control. 3\. Record accounting documents in specific accounts (when required), classify invoices according to nature, verify material types and services rendered, for internal control purposes. 4\. Review invoices by verifying data and cross-checking against production reports to enable payments. 5\. Prepare payment processes for agreements, issue payment slips (borderôs), complete checks, and distribute them according to signed agreements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided in the company cafeteria.
