If you want to grow with us and are passionate about support, check the details below: * **Work model:** On-site (Enseada do Suá \- Vitória/ES) * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ### **Your responsibilities here:** * **User Support:** Level 1 (Help Desk) support for approximately 50 employees, assisting with systems, Outlook, access rights, and permissions. * **Microcomputing:** Software installation and configuration, peripherals, TVs, cable connections, and projection support. * **Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance (computers and printers). * **Ticket Management:** Register and track requests in the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance. * **Security:** Guide users on security best practices and assist with antivirus updates. ### **What we are looking for:** * **Education:** Technical High School diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, Data Processing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Practical experience providing end-user support and using ticketing tools. * **Knowledge:** Extensive hands-on experience with hardware (assembly and maintenance) and Microsoft Office suite. * **Soft Skills:** Strong communication skills, patience when dealing with users, prioritization sense, and ability to learn quickly. ### **Advantages:** * Technical courses in microcomputer support or mobile/computer repair. ### **Our benefits:** * Medical and dental plans * Life insurance * Meal allowance / Food voucher * Transportation voucher * Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila * Discount club and discounts on Positivo products * Elleve Performance (discounts on courses and universities) **Interested?
