If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activity Description:** * Place general purchase orders via system, in accordance with predefined policies; * Manage the receipt of invoices; * Archive documentation in the client’s directory; * Develop various controls to support departmental processes and KPI tracking, ensuring necessary information is available for activity execution; * Enter data into computerized systems according to departmental needs and routines, following established standards and procedures; * Assist in the preparation, issuance, and verification of invoices, as required and per established routines; * Support the development and updating of spreadsheets and electronic documents, as needed by the department and upon request from the immediate supervisor; * Support the immediate manager in processes inherent to the area of operation, leveraging experience for self-development; * Implement departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Excel; * Aptitude for using computer systems; **You Stand Out If You Have:** * A completed bachelor’s degree in Administration; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Prior experience in construction project implementation and supply chain operations; **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Vila Velha \- Espírito Santo * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Totalpass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
