




Job Summary: The professional will monitor vehicle driving processes, identify anomalies, analyze telematics data, and prepare reports, contributing to operational safety and efficiency. Video monitoring and anomaly handling during trips **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break; shift schedule may vary. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Monitor vehicle driving processes to verify compliance with the company's safety principles and regulations. * Follow operational procedures under their responsibility, as specified in Work Instructions (PO) and Operational Conduct Instructions (ICOP). * Request, download, and analyze videos automatically transferred or clipped by event via WIFI, 3G, or storage devices, to detect deviations and input them into the telematics information system for control and resolution. * Perform video monitoring of trips to identify anomalies occurring during transit. * Report anomalies detected via video monitoring through formal reports, specifying incident type, vehicle and driver data, route, speeding events, and other relevant details, and forward them to management for appropriate action. * Request maintenance and/or repairs to the telematics information system or vehicles when necessary to improve trip monitoring visibility. * Prepare the Daily Operational Incidents Log and CCO Report regarding direct impacts on operations. * Conduct daily analysis of driver behavior using accelerometer data and driver efficiency metrics. * Perform other tasks related to those described above, as directed by their supervisor. * Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace in good condition, clean and organized, to support environmental preservation initiatives. **Requirements:** Completed High School education; Intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Strong communication skills, advanced critical analysis ability, and solid data interpretation skills; **Benefits:** Águia Clube \- Benefits Club, Psychological counseling, Sickness allowance, Funeral assistance, Bicycle parking, Breakfast, Education institution partnerships, SESC benefits, SEST SENAT benefits, Credit cooperative, Parking, Disclosed during interview, School supplies kit, Vacation travel allowance, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Young Apprentice Program for employees' family members, On-site restaurant, Family salary, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, Changing rooms
