Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for video surveillance, telemetry data analysis, and report preparation for operational control and management. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining workplace organization **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; shift schedule may vary. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Carry out operational procedures under one's responsibility, in accordance with Work Instructions (PO) and Operational Conduct Instructions (ICOP); * Request, download, and analyze videos automatically transferred or clipped by event via WIFI, 3G, or storage devices, to detect deviations and input them into the telemetry information system for control and follow-up; * Conduct video surveillance of trips to identify anomalies occurring along the route; * Report identified anomalies from video surveillance through reports, specifying incident type, vehicle and driver data, itinerary, speeding, and other relevant details, forwarding them to management for appropriate action; * Request maintenance and/or repair of the telemetry information system or vehicle when necessary to improve trip monitoring visibility; * Prepare the Daily Operational Incidents Log and CCO Report regarding direct impacts on operations; * Perform daily analysis of driver drivability using accelerometer data and driver efficiency metrics; * Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace in good condition, clean and organized, to support environmental preservation initiatives; * Perform other tasks related to those described above, as directed by one's supervisor. **Requirements:** Completed High School education; Intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Strong communication skills, advanced critical analysis ability, and sound data interpretation skills; **Benefits:** Águia Clube \- Benefits Club, Psychological counseling, Sickness allowance, Funeral assistance, Bicycle parking, Breakfast, Educational institution partnerships, SESC partnership, SEST SENAT partnership, Credit cooperative, Parking, Disclosed during interview, School kit, Vacation travel pass, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Young Apprentice Program for employees' family members, On-site cafeteria, Family allowance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, Changing rooms
