




**Summary Description:** Responsible for providing administrative support to the DVS department, directly involved in organizing, controlling, and updating fleet documentation, vehicle inspections, traffic violations, and insurance claims. Works collaboratively with operational departments to ensure legal compliance and prompt support for fleet-related and vehicle safety matters. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support fleet documentation management, maintaining up-to-date legal documents (vehicle registration certificates, licensing, insurance policies, etc.). * Assist with traffic accident and damage claims processes, collecting data and documents, and entering information into internal systems. * Populate spreadsheets and systems with data related to the fleet, claims, fines, and inspections. * Organize physical and digital files containing fleet documentation. * Generate administrative reports for the department upon request. * Provide internal support to relevant departments (legal, operations, drivers, maintenance) regarding documentation, violations, and claims. * Support other administrative activities within the department as needed. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a higher education degree in administrative fields); * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word; * Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines; * Aptitude for administrative routines and document control.
