**Description and Responsibilities:**

* Enter invoices and transport documents into systems accurately;
* Perform volume measurement to ensure correct freight calculation and cargo space utilization;
* Handle goods dispatch by organizing loads, verifying documents, and releasing shipments;
* Issue and verify cargo manifests, ensuring compliance with operations;
* Issue and verify CT\-e;
* Verify invoices (volumes, values, and registration data);
* Organize, control, and archive documents;
* Conduct physical volume verification;
* Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, ensuring on-time execution;
* Manage deadlines and service levels;
* Provide customer service (in-person, phone, and e\-mail), clarifying inquiries, updating delivery status, and resolving incidents;
* Serve internal and external customers;
* Handle operational e\-mails promptly, maintaining agile communication with customers and internal departments;
* Support customers, affiliates, and partner agencies;
* Track affiliates (drivers/partners), assisting with route planning and productivity;
* Collect freight charges and verify amounts to ensure accurate revenue collection;
* Deposit bank slips and perform basic financial control related to operations;
* Handle lost or damaged items, including incident reporting and customer follow-up;
* Execute risk management routines, including mirror-checklists with the risk manager and trip monitoring per security procedures;
* Track and update operational indicators (KPIs), such as delivery time, productivity, incidents, and service level;
* Implement and monitor NPS (customer satisfaction) surveys, contributing to continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**

* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in parcel-related activities;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills and proactivity;
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
#### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with SSW systems;
* Experience in parcel-related routines;
* Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
