Job Summary: We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact and manage all aspects of guest accommodations, creating a pleasant and memorable stay with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Collaborate effectively as part of a team in all situations * We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodations. Specifically, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests, while also collaborating as part of a team and handling daily situations in a friendly and professional manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Open Service Orders (SO) on the SIM platform for maintenance requests. * Answer internal and external phone calls; record requests in the logbook; route them to the responsible department; upon receiving feedback, close the action and confirm guest, resident, or client satisfaction. * Check daily event Service Orders (SO) to guide guests/residents/clients. * Review each observation in the day’s reservations to identify special requests, such as extra beds, cribs, floor preferences, and pre-assign apartments. * Deliver RPP (NFC-e's) / RPS to guests. * Clarify or direct general guest inquiries. * Identify all pending items and/or requests for the shift via the logbook for follow-up and completion. * Print statements for verification. * Read and update the logbook. * Inform guests, residents, and clients about the property’s amenities. * Provide and deliver apartment keys to guests/residents. * Perform guest check-in and check-out in the system. * Close the cash drawer at the end of your shift. * Conduct welcome calls / courtesy calls. * Greet guests, residents, and clients courteously. * Save or print contingency / security reports. * Request guests, residents, and clients to complete the FNRH form with all mandatory fields. * Collect guest documentation during check-in, complying with internal standards and legal requirements. **Secondary Responsibilities:** * Support other departments as needed. * Assist guests/residents/clients with luggage. * Monitor sales channels. * Make reservations in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate English proficiency * Prior experience in this role **Additional Information** In addition to joining a company that values your development and well-being, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your daily life both inside and outside of work: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * iFood Benefits * TotalPass * Birthday Day Off **At Atlantica, we believe caring for those who care for our guests is essential — that’s why we’ve created an environment where you feel welcomed, respected, and empowered to grow.** We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider**, operating across more than 170 properties spanning from north to south Brazil, delivering **unique experiences** to those who trust us — always acting **responsibly** toward the environment, our team, and the communities we serve. **Together with you**, and alongside a plural and diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aim to become Brazil’s leading hospitality operator — the preferred choice for guests, investors, partners, and talent alike. **Shall we do this together?
