AVAILABLE POSITIONS FOR COOK, NIGHT KITCHEN ASSISTANT, AND STOCK ASSISTANT AT MAHAI RESTAURANT — PRAIA DO CANTO. **Cook**: Preparation of dishes, salads, and sandwiches, following quality standards and time requirements. **Kitchen Assistant**: Food handling, executing production and portioning tasks, assisting cooks, cleaning utensils, and maintaining general kitchen cleanliness. **Stock Assistant**: Direct support to the stock clerk, receiving goods according to verification standards, keeping stock areas clean, labeled, and organized, and performing general restocking duties. PUNCTUALITY, sense of urgency, excellent teamwork, proactivity, availability, and courtesy are minimum requirements for strong performance at Mahai. Position details: Salary + commission (starting after the first 15 days) + overtime pay + night shift allowance + benefits. Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (except for Stock Assistant: 6 days on / 1 day off); 44 weekly hours distributed over 5 working days, with 2 weekly days off, including one Sunday per month.
