Job Summary: Professional to handle tariff classification, import processes, logistical and documentary follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in tariff classification and foreign trade 2. Work in a dynamic environment with cost management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Tariff classification of goods (product analysis, NCM determination, and technical description); * Calculation of planned costs; * Issuance of LPCO and monitoring of approval/validity; * Submission of LPCO for approval; * Monitoring and confirmation of shipment; * Logging logistical updates into the system; * Analysis and approval of the BL draft; * Issuance, verification of Commercial Invoice and Packing List, and submission to exporters; * Recording and registration of DUIMP and DI in SISCOMEX; * Verification of international freight values and system entries; * Verification of CE Mercante; * Submission of DUIMP registration authorization request to the Finance Department; * Payment of AFRMM; * Monitoring of customs clearance and issuance of CI; * ICMS exemption; * Scheduling of container loading and empty container return; * Entry of TVV invoices and submission to carriers and freight forwarders in the internal system; * Compilation of the documentary dossier for physical archiving. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or International Relations is desirable; * End-to-end mastery of the import process; * Knowledge of customs regulations, Siscomex, LPCO, DUIMP, MAPA, INMETRO; * Cost management and logistical planning; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of Tecwin; * Familiarity with PUCOMEX, Conexos, and fluent English are advantages. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Internal benefits, Parking, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
