**Tech Lead** ============= Ollie is a digital-native, 100% Brazilian brand focused on vegan and cruelty-free products with very high sun protection. We are looking for a **Tech Lead** for the **Growth & Tech** core team. This position will be part of **Baker**, the group behind Ollie, which is currently experiencing accelerated growth and building new brands. In addition to working directly with Ollie, this person will impact technology and growth initiatives across other brands within the group. If you want to build, experiment with, and scale digital brands in a fast-growing environment, join us. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Technically lead the development and evolution of the platform, focusing on quality and scalability. * Work **hands-on**, making architectural decisions—especially during the early stages. * Translate business needs into well-structured technical solutions. * Define engineering standards and best practices (testing, documentation, performance, security). * Structure and lead the technology team: * map needs and priorities * support recruitment, interviews, and onboarding * develop talent and build a strong team * Build processes and rituals that maintain speed without compromising quality. Work closely with Growth and Data teams to support strategic initiatives. * **Who you are:** * A **hands-on** profile. * Comfortable in unstructured environments and with a strong sense of ownership. * Genuine interest in **leading and building teams**. * Ability to balance short-term execution with medium-term vision. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical areas. * **Bonus:** a professional network and ability to attract developers to the team. **What we’re looking for:** * Solid experience as a Software Engineer, having already served as a technical reference or Tech Lead. * Experience with web and/or backend applications, APIs, and integrations. * Experience with cloud platforms and production environments.
