Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead complex automation projects, from feasibility studies through implementation. * Develop integrated automation architectures, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and security. * Conduct diagnostics and propose strategic solutions for systemic failures or operational bottlenecks. * Supervise technical teams and field vendors, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Serve as an internal consultant on emerging technologies (IIoT, Industry 4.0, machine learning applied to automation). * Represent the area in meetings with business units, vendors, and internal customers. * Analyze the performance quality of ADMS and SCADA systems, anticipate potential issues, and propose structural solutions. * Guide automation architects and engineers in designing test systems according to customer requirements. * Design test structures for certification of new products/solutions, and define and conduct code review processes. * Continuously improve test system design and tool development projects. * Analyze various market solutions’ requirements regarding clarity, suitability, consistency, and future-readiness. * Work on solution engineering and innovation management, supporting business areas to ensure functional and non-functional requirements for new automation solutions. * Lead identification of risks associated with specific automation activities and develop test plans—including required tasks, dependencies, and participants—to mitigate risks to system quality and secure stakeholder buy-in (both IT and business). * Estimate and secure support for time, resources, and budget needed to carry out automation activities. * Evaluate solutions applicable to operational network security. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Electronics Engineering (preferred); * Knowledge of ADMS and SCADA systems; * Experience in automation engineering activities; * Knowledge of natural gas distribution will be an advantage. **Additional information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
