If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring project development and overseeing quality management on construction sites; * Monitoring and inspecting materials (FVM), work execution (FVS), equipment (FVE), and procedures (PES and PIT), generating data for KPI monitoring; * Monitoring and controlling integrity testing of systems, including analysis of quality data such as defect rates and test results; * Preparing reports on inspection and analysis outcomes; * Conducting internal and external audits of quality systems and related procedures, identifying non-conformities and guiding corrective actions; * Defining, monitoring, and implementing preventive controls for deviations and non-conformities; * Identifying and correcting deficiencies in equipment and machinery; * Managing the use of measurement instruments for work execution and their calibration; * Developing documentation (forms, instructions, and procedures); * Defining and monitoring standard compliance tests; * Training staff on quality procedures; * Visiting construction sites and suppliers’ manufacturing facilities; * Communicating\-with various organizational departments, as well as participating in and presenting quality-related reports to the allocated construction project team, clients, and QA team; * Preparing and maintaining performance reports; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Technical qualification in Construction, Quality, or related areas is desirable; * Field experience on construction sites with quality processes is required; * Experience in Water Treatment or Mining projects is a plus. **What We Expect From You:** * Effective communication to establish strong client relationships; * Teamwork to foster a friendly working environment; * Organizational skills to manage daily tasks; * Dynamism to handle a variety of activities and challenges. **Why Work at Engemon:** Working at Engemon means joining a company with a rich history, tackling a diverse range of stimulating projects, accessing opportunities for personal development, being part of an organizational culture that values collaboration, health, and well-being, and contributing to projects that generate positive impacts.
