If you are a student pursuing a technical course in IT, Computer Maintenance, or related fields, and are looking for an enriching internship opportunity, this is your chance to become part of a dynamic and innovative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **IT Technician**, you will: **Technical Support and Maintenance** **(Helpdesk/Hardware)** : * **Computer Assembly and Maintenance****:** Assemble, disassemble, and repair desktops and laptops. * **Peripheral Maintenance****:** Clean and repair printers, scanners, and other devices. * **End-User Support****:** Provide on-site or remote support to resolve daily technical issues. * **Formatting and Installation****:** Use installation images when formatting equipment. Comply with company standards for software installation and release. **Security and Systems:** * **Data Backup****:** Perform backups of critical files and ensure recoverability. * **Information Security****:** Regularly verify antivirus installation, install antivirus on newly formatted machines, and identify vulnerabilities. * **Software Updates****:** Keep operating systems and software up to date. **Additional Areas****:** * **Training****:** Train users on tool usage. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Education: * Technical course in Information Technology, Computer Maintenance, or related fields. Desirable Requirements: * Knowledge of computer components and equipment; * Knowledge of repairs and maintenance, hardware/software installation, and networking; * Technical knowledge of computer, printer, and monitor configurations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
