Within Marca Ambiental’s Eco-Industries Park, diverse waste streams gain new life and, once valorized, re-enter the production chain through circular means. IT ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and motivated professional to work on the development, implementation, maintenance, technical support, and evolution of technological solutions that enhance our internal processes and ensure the company’s operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Develop and implement improvements and customizations to the Sankhya ERP, aligned with business needs. * Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, action buttons, screens, business rules, and system integrations. * Support enterprise process implementation, contributing to optimization and standardization of routines. * Provide technical support to internal users (head office and branches), ensuring ERP stability, usability, and performance. * Prepare technical documentation and establish standards for developed systems, ensuring their maintainability and evolution. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven experience with the Sankhya ERP, including customizations, implementation, and support. Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and problem-solving focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Java and HTML. * Experience with BI tools and data analysis.
