Recruitment and Selection Support** * Post job openings across various channels (websites, social media, partners). Participate in external candidate sourcing events (job fairs, SINE offices, etc). * Screen resumes according to requirements defined in the job profile. * Schedule interviews and administer tests when necessary. Conduct selection for operational positions (interviews). * Support new employee integration (onboarding)\-future. 2\. Organizational Development (support) * Organize training sessions: issue invitations, track attendance, issue certificates. * Support internal climate and engagement initiatives. * Assist in performance evaluations, where applicable. 3\. Employee Assistance * Provide clarifications regarding HR procedures and internal policies. * Deliver in-person, telephone, or digital support for various inquiries. * Maintain ethical, courteous, and confidential conduct regarding sensitive information. 4\.
