Support the Human Resources department in executing people management processes, ensuring operational routine efficiency, information reliability, and a positive employee experience, in compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation. **1\. Support for Recruitment and Selection Processes** * Post job openings across multiple channels (websites, social media, partners). Participate in external candidate sourcing events (job fairs, SINE centers, etc). * Screen resumes according to requirements defined in the job profile. * Schedule interviews and administer tests when necessary. Conduct selection for operational positions (interviews). * Support new employee onboarding\-future. 2\. Organizational Development (support) * Organize training sessions: invitations, attendance tracking, certificates. * Support internal climate and engagement initiatives. * Assist in performance evaluations, where applicable. 3\. Employee Support * Provide clarifications regarding HR procedures and internal policies. * Deliver in-person, telephone, or digital support for various inquiries. * Maintain ethical, courteous, and confidential conduct regarding sensitive information. 4\. Reports and Metrics * Generate simple departmental reports. * Update tracking spreadsheets. * Operate the SOLIDES job portal. * Provide support and assistance for other HR routines.
