We seek professionals possessing the following competencies: * Engagement/collaboration * Commitment * Communication * Future-oriented mindset * Proactivity * Relationship building * Innovation/learning and development * Safe behavior **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform electrical maintenance services in the Rolling Mill; * Manage control items within the area; * Monitor the production shift, evaluating system and equipment operation together with the production area; * Respond to electrical maintenance requests and incidents arising from the production process; * Prepare Preliminary Risk Analyses for activities to be performed within your area of responsibility, critically assessing safety issues; * Develop and review Operational Procedures / operational check\-lists for electrical activities; * Evaluate spare parts requirements for your area of responsibility to ensure uninterrupted process operation; * Assess electrical maintenance needs related to equipment and production area requests; * Request maintenance services for electrical equipment; perform electrical lockout of equipment; * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance orders within your respective areas, as well as identify required activities; develop improvement projects related to processes, maintenance, and safety; * Monitor predictive electrical maintenance services and installation of new electrical equipment; * Analyze equipment failures; * Perform 5S activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Automation, or related fields; or a Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Experience in industrial electricity; * Knowledge of Electrical Control Systems; basic Frequency Inverters (WEG, Siemens, Yaskawa); * Valid NR-10 Basic and SEP certifications. **Additional Information** * Meal Ticket; * On-site meals; * Unimed Health Plan – Nationwide Coverage; * Dental Plan; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Chartered Transportation and/or Transport Allowance; * Medication Program; * Supplementary Pension Plan; * Vacation Return Bonus; * School Kit for employees’ children aged 3–18; * Daycare Assistance for female employees with children up to 3 years old; * Christmas Basket; * Membership agreement with AERT Club (Recreational Association of Tubarão); * Welhub; * Life Insurance. **Learn More About Us** Founded in Guadalajara (Mexico) in 1969, the Simec Group began operations producing steel bars, profiles, and rebars.
