Job Summary: This position supports the execution and technical-operational monitoring of real estate developments, ensuring document organization, project analysis, and regulatory compliance. Therefore, we seek talented individuals with passion in their eyes, a strong desire to build, and the energy to grow alongside us. **If you dream big, have an insatiable thirst for learning, and want to be part of building the investment bank that is reshaping entrepreneurship in Brazil, this is where you belong.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the execution and technical\-operational monitoring of Apex's real estate developments, ensuring document organization, project analysis, budget and schedule control, and regulatory compliance for ongoing construction projects. * Support the preparation, updating, and control of construction budgets * Monitor physical and financial schedules of developments * Assist in the analysis of executive projects and construction solutions * Support technical and regulatory document management for construction projects * Consolidate monitoring reports on quality, deadlines, and costs * Provide technical support during due diligence processes and acquisitions * Update internal systems with construction and development project data * Support coordination with suppliers, designers, and construction companies * Collaborate with the controller's office on cost consolidation * Support technical audits and regulatory inspections **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or nearing completion. * Postgraduate studies in areas such as: Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Budgeting & Planning. * AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Date and Cost Functions. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking. * Organized, proactive profile with a compliance-oriented mindset.
