




**Requirement:** * Be responsible, committed, disciplined, organized, have good communication, interpersonal relationship skills with internal and external clients, attention to detail, ability to work in a team and accept instructions; * High school diploma; * Knowledge of Excel; * Experience in the role is desirable; * Ability to handle computerized inventory management systems; * Basic knowledge of storage and inventory control techniques; * Knowledge of Google Sheets is desirable. * Receive hardware requests from the projects department, aiming at separating and purchasing pending items. * Separate hardware according to the delivery note provided by the projects team, to carry out the project according to the environment to be executed. * Deliver hardware, goods or equipment as requested by the requester. * Assist in recording goods in the system, ensuring alignment with physical inventory. * Receive and check goods delivered by suppliers. * Assist in entering goods into the system. * Assist in preparing purchase requests for materials via e\-mail, ensuring stock availability. * Perform other related activities as determined by their immediate supervisor or company demands. * Perform other tasks necessary for the development of departmental activities inherent to their role.
