Circle, we need to hire a person to assume the role of Project Manager, participating in the management and execution of complex industrial projects within a high-level, technically demanding environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of industrial projects, leading their operational, financial, and contractual execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Location: Vitória. **Responsibilities:** Functions **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end project management from the planning phase through to closure. * Monitoring project progress, financial control, and reporting to senior management. * Developing and executing complex project plans. * Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance. * Leading the project team to guarantee timelines, quality, and profitability. * Internal coordination with engineering, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and quality departments. * Monitoring supplier, subcontractor, and internal manufacturing execution. * Managing project risks (timelines, costs, and deviations). * Protecting cash flow and improving forecasted margins. * Managing client expectations and contributing to high levels of client satisfaction. **Profile:** Requirements * University degree in Engineering or Sciences. * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in industrial or energy-related projects. * Experience in EPC environments, engineering, and industrial manufacturing. * Experience in defining and executing multidisciplinary project plans. * Advanced / fluent English (mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract to manage high-value technical international industrial projects. * Stable position with strong professional growth potential. * Technically demanding and collaborative work environment. * Annual gross salary: €42,000 – €45,000, depending on experience and value added.
