Join our team! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory charges, overtime, absences, and benefits. * Comprehensive knowledge of hiring, vacations, terminations, timekeeping, etc. * Reconciliation of payroll data with financial and accounting reports. * Ensuring compliance with legal obligations, such as INSS, IRRF, FGTS, and union contributions. * Closing and submitting ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, etc.). * Monitoring legislative changes in labor and tax laws to ensure compliance. * Providing guidance and support to managers and employees regarding payroll-related matters. * Relevant experience handling labor, social security, government platforms, and interactions with governmental tools. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields; * Knowledge of eSocial; extensive experience working in HR Payroll; * Proficiency in labor routines — Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Union Law; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Knowledge of Senior ERP **WORK HOURS:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **LOCATION:** Vitória.
