Therefore, we seek talented individuals with passion, a drive to build, and energy to grow alongside us. **If you dream big, crave learning, and want to be part of building the investment bank reshaping entrepreneurship in Brazil, this is your place.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Map, model, and review operational processes in collaboration with user departments of the Sankhya ERP. * Support and test Sankhya functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Lead implementation projects, enhancements, and integrations between Sankhya and satellite systems. * Assist in developing and executing test plans and validating new features. * Act as the technical focal point with the Sankhya vendor and integration partners. * Monitor ERP performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. * Document system routines, business rules, integrations, and relevant configurations. * Support training and enablement of key users in client departments. * Propose continuous improvements in workflows and automations based on ERP data analysis. * Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Controllership teams to align processes with internal policies and regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * **Technical skills:** * Practical knowledge of the Sankhya ERP and understanding of its functionalities; * Familiarity with databases, API/Web Services integrations, and system testing; * Basic programming and process mapping skills; * **Organization:** * Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining consistency and clear documentation; * **Communication:** * Ability to interact with technical and business teams, translating operational needs into systemic solutions. **Desirable:** -------------- * Prior experience with ERP projects and system integrations; * Knowledge of **SQL**, **REST/SOAP APIs**, and **process automation**; * Familiarity with **Power BI** or other data analysis and visualization tools; * Basic knowledge of **Python** will be considered a plus.
