Skills: * Excellent communication skills * Proactivity and ability to work in teams. * Planning and organization; * Systemic thinking; * Result-oriented; Responsibilities: * Handle requests and direct activities to partner agencies, such as site improvements and corrections, always focusing on usability, user experience, and performance. * Work with a strategic vision for digital business growth, using data and continuous experimentation to optimize metrics such as customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. * Perform product registration and content management with focus on SEO on the **VTEX** platform and on **marketplaces** via **Anymarket**. * Process and optimize images for publication on e-commerce and marketplaces. * Provide technical support on marketplaces, focusing on: + Integration adjustments + Error corrections + Image uploads * Analyze performance and reputation dashboards and indicators. * Update control spreadsheets and reports. * Create and manage promotional coupons. * Other tasks relevant to the department.
