Intermediate knowledge of major operators’ systems (e.g., Samp, Unimed, Bradesco) for quotation and proposal submission. Intermediate or full Microsoft Office proficiency; ongoing or completed undergraduate degree. \*Job Responsibilities:\* Accessing health and dental plan rate tables; registering contracts in operators’ and administrators’ systems; providing daily customer support for routine requests; submitting producer commission spreadsheets to Finance; monitoring expiring contracts; tracking customer delinquency. \*Working Hours:\* Monday to Friday From 09:00 to 18:00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.834,63 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
