Job Details: * Plan and schedule deliveries so that orders are grouped by region, enabling drivers to serve more customers in less time while ensuring timely and appropriate deliveries. * Address customer requests and needs (both internal and external). * Receive assistants/drivers upon their return from routes, verifying deliveries, quantities, mileage, signatures, rescheduling requirements, and initial vs. final weight. * Prepare folders containing maps, invoices, electronic invoice receipts (Danfe), and various forms to expedite next-day dispatches. * Ensure all PDAs are fully charged before drivers/assistants depart. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (minimum educational requirement for this position). * Experience in Logistics. * Experience preparing reports using Excel. Additional Information: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM. .
