Job Summary: Engemon is seeking a professional to work in Civil Construction, focused on the execution and assembly of wooden formwork for concrete, ensuring structural quality and alignment. Work Environment: You will work within our Civil Construction business unit. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Processing purchased timber for concrete formwork execution, including operation of stationary and handheld circular saws. * Assembling formwork panels, installing/positioning them at locations specified in structural drawings, ensuring compliance with design dimensions, strength, alignment, plumbness, and watertightness of assembled components. * Monitoring concrete pouring phases to verify that installed and assembled formwork remains in perfect condition during concrete placement. * Setting out construction layout (establishing reference points), fabricating column sleeves, erecting steel or timber scaffolding to support reinforced concrete structures under construction, and performing formwork removal from cast structural elements upon engineering authorization. Preferred Qualifications: * Elementary education; * Flexible working hours; * Carpentry training (advantageous); * Easy access to the Rio de Janeiro city center.
