Grow with our FamIlha, **The Kitchen Assistant is a highly active agent within the kitchen, as this employee assists in delivering gastronomic joy to the customer.** * Assist in and prepare food; * Prepare food according to standards, aiming to ensure process integrity, such as guaranteeing quality, flavor, and presentation; * Assist in preparing dishes, paying attention to order or menu specifications; * Perform production; * Handle and season food while checking the preservation status of ingredients used; * Inspect cleaning of equipment and utensils. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Vila Velha, Vitória, or nearby areas; * Availability for closing shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM \- to be confirmed) and immediate start; * Completion of elementary education preferred; * No experience required, but it will be a significant advantage/plus; * Be a committed, joyful, responsible person with team spirit and proactivity; **INFORMATION:** Base salary \+ tip allowance (net amount between R$1800 and R$2200 per month) Meals provided on-site Attendance Bonus \- confirm position/unit during interview; Transportation voucher with no 6% deduction Career development plan Tips \+ bonuses Dental plan with no deduction Health insurance Pharmacy card \- Network agreement Partnerships with universities and educational institutions Psychosocial support Birthday Day Off \+ Ilha Gift (voucher) And much, much more!
