**About the Position**
HCI Global Contabilidade is a digital and advisory accounting firm focused on technical excellence, personalized service, and legal compliance. We are looking for an **HR Assistant** to support labor and administrative routines, working closely with the Human Resources team and focusing on employee and client service.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support **admission, termination, vacation, leave, and timekeeping control** procedures.
* Organize, verify, and keep physical and digital **labor documentation** up to date.
* Submit information for **payroll processing, benefits, and statutory charges**.
* Provide **assistance to employees and clients**, clarifying doubts regarding procedures and deadlines.
* Support **recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees**.
* Assist in organizing **internal training sessions, internal announcements, and development initiatives**.
* Support administrative activities related to **people management, organizational climate, and workplace well-being**.
* Maintain updated HR and personnel department records, spreadsheets, and systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or having pursued studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields).
* Basic knowledge of **HR department routines and labor legislation**.
* Familiarity with **Microsoft Office Suite** and payroll and timekeeping systems.
* Strong organizational skills and experience handling internal public documentation and service.

Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$1.640,00 per month
