Junior Store Attendant - Careiro Castanho
We are looking for a **Junior Store Attendant** to join our STORES team. The professional will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service in our physical store, assisting with internet plan subscriptions, clarifying questions, performing registrations, receiving payments, and supporting daily operational demands.
**Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 (2-hour break) and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide in-person customer service with courtesy and efficiency;
* Present and offer Wire Fibra's plans and services clearly and objectively;
* Register new customers in the system;
* Receive payments, issue payment slips, and guide customers regarding invoices;
* Assist in resolving questions, complaints, or simple requests;
* Maintain store organization and ensure the proper functioning of the space;
* Follow company-established service standards and targets.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma;
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Basic computer and customer service system knowledge;
* Ability to interact with the public and work in a team.
