We are seeking a dynamic, proactive **Vehicle Recovery Technical Assistant** who enjoys challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify trackers requiring physical maintenance; * Identify and address various real-time alerts (tracking platforms); * Conduct security preventive actions; * Provide telephone support to answer diverse questions about tracking and provide vehicle location; * Carry out various recovery actions for tracked and non-tracked vehicles; * Perform administrative routines (attach call records | handle tracking platforms and SIM cards, fill out spreadsheets, register information in the system); * Conduct phone interviews; * Make various phone contacts with recovery companies | bounty hunters, law enforcement authorities, customers, and third parties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience and knowledge in vehicle tracking preferred; * Experience in telephone customer service; * Good computer skills; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays (12x36 rotating shift); * Easy access to the Estoril neighborhood/Belo Horizonte. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being \#Tato:** * **Caju Card** A flexible card you can use wherever you prefer—whether lunching with coworkers or grocery shopping.
