Grow and develop with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop **digital layouts and interfaces** for websites, applications, and various platforms; * Provide **technical and creative support** to less experienced web designers, contributing to team growth; * Perform **website maintenance, updates, and optimization** on customized content management systems (CMS); * Create, maintain, and update **microsites, landing pages, and splash pages**, ensuring good usability and performance; * Update and enhance content and routines for corporate and e\-commerce websites; * Support internal departments in **configuring, customizing, and adjusting visual elements** of digital pages; * Produce and update content for **Intranet, internal announcements, and e\-mail marketing campaigns**; * Develop **animations, digital banners, and audiovisual materials** (video editing, motion design, etc.); * Collaborate with the team on **visual strategy development**, aligned with market trends and the company’s communication needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in **graphic and digital design software** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects or similar); * Solid understanding of **design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy**; * Knowledge of **UX/UI and best practices in usability**; * Ability to **communicate clearly and argue effectively** to defend ideas and creative solutions; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams; * **Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented** profile; * **Sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment** to deadlines and deliverables; * Creativity, innovation, and continuous pursuit of updates on **digital design trends**. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance (Alelo); * Charter Transportation; * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Partnerships with Higher Education Institutions; * Pharmacy Discount Program; * SESC Benefits; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company); * Newborn Kit for maternity or paternity leave; * Internal career advancement opportunities.
