We are looking for a professional to **lead the digital product** (**website and app**), acting as the **bridge between business, technology, and customer experience**. The role will be responsible for the **evolution, maintenance, and performance of digital channels**, ensuring **continuous delivery of value**, **usability**, and **channel growth**. The candidate will work closely with **UX**, **technology teams**, and **partner agencies**, having strong **ownership** of the **product vision** and **backlog prioritization**. Hybrid work model (Passo Fundo or Gravataí/RS) **Responsibilities and duties** Main challenges: * **Be the owner of digital products** (**website and app**), responsible for **vision**, **backlog**, and **roadmap**. * **Translate business needs** into **technical and functional requirements**. * **Prioritize high-impact deliveries**, balancing **experience**, **performance**, and **results**. * **Lead product ceremonies** with **internal teams** and **external partners**. * **Interface with technology POs** to ensure **synergy between front-end, back-end, and integrations**. * **Collaborate with UX/UI**, ensuring **journey consistency** and **usability**. * **Monitor channel performance**, including **conversion**, **retention**, **loading time**, and **stability**. * **Maintain relationships with agencies** (**Avanti** for website and **Cobe** for app), directing **scopes** and prioritizing **improvements**. * **Support the Digital Customer and Product Management team** in defining **product vision** and **strategy**. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed; * Postgraduate specialization in the field will be an advantage; * Solid experience in digital product management (website and app), with expertise in UX/UI, roadmap, backlog, and channel performance. * Strategic and analytical profile with strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners. * Valid driver's license (category B). **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Company car; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Health, dental, and pharmacy insurance; * Partnerships with higher education institutions; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Newborn kit; * Great opportunity for career growth within the company; **Rede de farmácias São João** is the largest pharmacy retail chain in southern Brazil, the 4th largest in the country, and is currently strengthening its leadership position through an aggressive expansion strategy.
